Back in the 1970s, Rod Stewart sung about blondes having more fun. That may be true but when it comes to Katie Lyons, blondes have more funny bones. No wonder why the witty woman gives us a bone! While studying Drama and Theater Arts at Goldsmiths College, Katie became one third of Trippplicate, a comedy troupe that won over the Edinburgh Festival. After graduating, the amusing ingénue was cast in the British sitcoms Green Wing (2004-2006), Him & Her (2011), and Bluestone 42 (2013-2015). In between, the busy babe penned several site-specific stage shows including the award-winning immersive production of You Once Said Yes (2011) with Look Left Look Right theater company. Through the years, the hardworking hottie has sizzled on stage (The Kitchen), on film (Downhill, The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus), and on TV (The Complete Guide to Parenting, Maigret). Recently, she could be heard on video games (Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space, Knowledge Is Power, Total War: Warhammer II) and seen on Call the Midwife (2017, 2020). In fact, Katie is the first person to act out giving birth twice on the popular show. During the romantic crime drama, Ms. Lyons lets Andrew Garfield inside her loins. At least that’s the case for her character who reveals her ravishing rack in the sack!
